History of Graphic Design: Paula Scher

February 21, 2012

Paula Scher is a graphic designer Kathy introduced me to, while working on our poster project, which I tried to incorporate  into my piece. Scher is known for incorporating text throughout her pieces to get her message across. This piece was used in 1995-1996 for The Public Theater, showcasing which shows the theatre would perform. By incorporating bright colors, and eye popping sizes in font, Scher does a great job at producing pieces that get the message across to viewers with style.
